I'm the founder of Transaction Nerds, and I truly love what I do.

I'm the person behind the checklists, timelines, emails, reminders, and all of the behind-the-scenes details that keep your transactions moving from contract to close.

I started Transaction Nerds because I know how much Realtors juggle every single day. My goal is to take the paperwork, deadlines, and coordination off your plate so you can spend more time doing what you love, building relationships and helping your clients.

I'm a firm believer that people always come before paperwork. That's why communication, organization, and exceptional service are at the heart of everything I do.

When I'm not coordinating transactions, you'll usually find me creating new systems, brainstorming marketing ideas, or finding better ways to help my agents grow their business.

Whether we're working together on one file or one hundred, my commitment is the same: treat every transaction as if it were my own.
